NAPLES, FL., – May 21, 2021 –  Ave Maria, Florida, the fastest selling new home community in Collier County, reports over 300 new home sales year-to-date. Since the opening of the development in 2007, more than 3,000 new homes have been sold in the 4,000-acre community, planned for approximately 11,000 residences at full buildout. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
