NAPLES, FL., – March 23, 2021 –Ave Maria, Florida, a 4,000-acre master-planned community in eastern Collier County, reports over 200 new home sales year-to-date. The current estimated population of the town is 12,000 people including university students, and more than 3,000 new homes have been sold since the community first opened. The master-planned community is one of the most popular in the country, recently ranking in the top 40 nationally for new-home sales according to RCLCO Real Estate Advisors and John Burns Real Estate Consulting. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
