AVE MARIA STEWARDSHIP COMMUNITY DISTRICT HIRES ALLYSON HOLLAND AS DISTRICT MANAGER
Ave Maria, Florida., – June 6, 2024 – On behalf of the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District, Ave Maria Development announces the appointment of Allyson Holland as District Manager. Holland will manage day-to-day operations including infrastructure improvements, utility management and will be the first point of contact for residents.
“I am really excited to have Allyson join our team and become the first fully dedicated on-site district manager for the Ave Maria Community District. She has so many great attributes that she will bring in serving the Ave Maria community,” said Todd Wodraska, president of Special District Services, Inc.
Holland has over 19 years of experience in the Florida engineering and utility management field. For her role as District Manager, she will bring expertise in management operations for both public and private sectors. Holland is known to overcome challenges, and employ problem-solving skills, persistence, and teamwork to achieve successful outcomes.
Holland began her career with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. in 2004, where she refined her project management skills by overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across Southwest Florida. Transitioning to the public sector in 2015, Holland served as the Deputy Utilities Director for the City of Naples, successfully managing Capital Improvement Projects across seven divisions. Her time in the public sector cultivated relationships with residents and business owners, strengthening her customer service skills.
“I am very honored and enthusiastic to be a part of the special district services team and bring my experience to continue to improve the Ave Maria community. One of my first projects in 2004 was working on the environmental resource permit for Ave Maria. I feel like this opportunity truly brings it full circle,” said Holland.
