AVE MARIA NAMED COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR FOR 9TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR AND SURPASSES 500 NEW HOMES SALES IN 2023

NAPLES, FL., – October 2, 2023 – Ave Maria, Florida is the recipient of the 2023 Community of the Year award presented annually by the Collier Building Industry Association. This is the ninth consecutive year that Ave Maria and its developer, Barron Collier Companies, have won the award for the under $500,000 category. Year-to-date the town has achieved an unprecedented 500 new home sales.
