Ave Maria is buzzing with growth, and many new businesses are set to enhance the community with openings from fall through the new year.

Ledo Pizza, known for its Maryland-style pizza with a thin crust, sweet sauce, and smoked provolone cheese. Owner Scott Taggart highlights the quality: “Everything is made from scratch. We make fresh dough every two hours.” Besides pizza, Ledo Pizza offers wings, salads, and sub sandwiches, catering to diverse tastes.

Next, Umami Ave, a Southeast Asian bistro owned by Jason Cao, is bringing a taste of Vietnamese cuisine to the area. Enjoy Bahn Mi, Pho, and more in a laid-back setting. Cao, inspired by his family ties (his brother Danny Dang owns Ave Nails), is excited to diversify local dining options. Speaking of Ave Nails, they’re opening a second location at Midtown Plaza, offering nail care, lash services, waxing, facials, and massages.

For a caffeine boost, Dunkin’ will include h a drive-thru for added convenience. “We’re going to be serving all of Dunkin’s delicious products that people love all across the country, except now they don’t need to drive so far for it,” remarked owner Mike Koroghlian.

Sweet treats will be covered by Cold Stone Creamery, famous for its ice cream creations made on a frozen granite slab. The new store will offer a vast selection of flavors and toppings.

Healthcare conveniences are also growing, with a new NCH Immediate Care location featuring a ‘Wait at Home’ option so you can stay comfortable until it’s your turn.

Finally, Sunshine Ace Hardware is opening a new store, offering a wide range of hardware, home improvement, and garden supplies. “We don’t limit our services to just within the four walls. We have services and handymen that people can hire to do repairs in the home,” said President Michael Wynn.
