AVE MARIA REPORTS RECORD-BREAKING SALES IN JANUARY

NAPLES, FL., – February 5, 2021 – The master-planned community of Ave Maria, Florida sets an all-time monthly high of 77 new home sales in January. This resulted in the strongest sales performance since the inception of the development in 2007. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
