NAPLES, FL., – April 19, 2024 — Ave Maria, a master planned community in Southwest Florida, announces 206 net new home sales and 217 closings in the first quarter of 2024, placing the development on track for another record-breaking year. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes. Since inception, Ave Maria has had more than 4,800 new home sales.
