– Ave Maria, Florida is the recipient of its fifth consecutive prestigious Community of the Year award given annually by the Collier Building Industry Association. The independent panel of judges ranked Collier County communities on various criteria including quality of the design for the overall amenity package, recreation provided (including clubhouse, golf and tennis facilities and pool areas) and outdoor use amenities (such as paths, gazebos, sculptures, etc. that add to the quality of the community). Ave Maria also received the awards for Best Website and Best TV Commercial at the Sand Dollar Awards ceremony held on September 28, 2019. Ave Maria Development worked with advertising agency, Milesbrand, based out of Denver, Colorado, on a new brand campaign for 2019.
